How are the sessions done?

The sessions are performed virtually over Zoom/Google Meet.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions are 50 minutes long, including warm up, strength training, circuit training, and cool down.

How many times a week do I meet with you?

We will meet once a week for the 50 minute sessions at a time that works for your schedule.

What do I do on other days that I do not meet with you?

You will have programmed workouts on other days of the week based on your preference and availability. I recommend a minimum of training 2x a week (1 on 1 session + 1 separate training session on your own), and a maximum of training 6x per week (1 on 1 session + 5 separate training sessions on your own).

Do I need equipment?

Equipment is not necessary, as there are plenty of body weight movements that can be performed to progress your strength. Also, every day household items can be used for exercise equipment. However, resistance bands can be a very cost effective tool to add exercise variety and enhance your results.

How much space do I need?

I recommend having an area of at least 6x6 feet in order to ensure your safety, and that you do not hit any objects as you are exercising.
