As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (since 2015) and Licensed Occupational Therapist (since 2017), I specialize in helping people who’ve been sidelined by injury build real, lasting strength—safely.
My passion comes from personal experience. After a major car accident in 2011 left me with chronic pain, I spent years figuring out how to train smart, stay strong, and live pain-free. Now I help others do the same.
